Engraved RGB
Engraved RGB Signs offer a striking, modern aesthetic perfect for high-impact visuals. Instead of printing, we precision-engrave your design directly into the acrylic surface. When combined with our programmable RGB LEDs, the light travels through the clear material and catches on the engraved lines, causing the artwork itself to glow intensely. This creates a mesmerizing "floating neon" effect with customizable colors and animations.
Backlit Upgrade
The Backlit Upgrade (Halo Lit) adds a layer of depth and sophistication to your sign. Available for both printed and engraved models, this option installs LEDs into the rear of the 3D printed backing. It projects a soft, elegant glow onto the wall behind the signage, creating a separation that makes your sign appear to float while highlighting the unique shape of your custom cut.
Clear Acrylic Board

Custom Shapes & Cuts
Custom Shapes give you total geometric freedom to match your brand identity. We can produce your sign in standard classic formats—Circle, Square, Rectangle, or Oval—or execute a precise Die-Cut (Contour Cut) that follows the exact outline of your logo. This ensures the physical form of the sign is just as unique as the design itself.
Return Policies
Every acrylic sign and set of channel letters is made to order using the specifications and options selected at checkout. Please review your design, dimensions, colors, and order details carefully before placing your order.
Because these products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other preference-based reasons when the item was made according to the order. We can offer a return, replacement, or refund if your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong product.
Shipping information
Production and Shipping:
Channel letters are custom 3D-printed and hand-assembled. Please allow up to 15 business days for production and quality testing. Once your sign has passed testing and is packed, we’ll ship it and email you a tracking link.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders:
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item. After reviewing your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund for the affected item.
Cancellations:
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have begun, so we can’t guarantee that the order can be canceled.
