Since our Channel Letters are custom 3D-printed and hand-assembled with your specific lighting and color choices, they require a dedicated production period.
Please allow up to 15 business days for manufacturing and quality testing.
Shipping: Once your sign is fully tested and packed, it will be shipped immediately, and you will receive a tracking link via email.
Exchanges and returns
Because all our products are custom-made specifically for you upon ordering, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review your order details and our sizing charts carefully before confirming your purchase.
