Backlit
Backlit Channel Letters (also known as Halo Lit or Reverse Channel Letters) offer a sophisticated, upscale appearance. Unlike front-lit signs, the face and sides are made of opaque 3D printed material, meaning the light does not shine through the letter itself. Instead, the LEDs project light onto the wall behind the signage, creating an elegant "halo" effect around each letter.
Front & Backlit
Dual-Lit Channel Letters combine the best of both worlds for maximum impact. These 3D signs feature a translucent acrylic face and an open back. This design allows the LED lights to shine through the front for readability while simultaneously projecting a halo glow onto the wall behind. RGB

However, when the internal LEDs are turned on at night, the face transforms to a bright, glowing white. This ensures your sign maintains a sophisticated dark aesthetic in daylight while providing maximum visibility and brightness after dark.
Light Box

Return Policies
Every acrylic sign and set of channel letters is made to order using the specifications and options selected at checkout. Please review your design, dimensions, colors, and order details carefully before placing your order.
Because these products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other preference-based reasons when the item was made according to the order. We can offer a return, replacement, or refund if your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong product.
Shipping information
Production and Shipping:
Channel letters are custom 3D-printed and hand-assembled. Please allow up to 15 business days for production and quality testing. Once your sign has passed testing and is packed, we’ll ship it and email you a tracking link.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders:
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item. After reviewing your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund for the affected item.
Cancellations:
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have begun, so we can’t guarantee that the order can be canceled.
