Since all our items are made-to-order, production times vary by product:

• Apparel & Mugs (DTF): Please allow 5–7 business days for printing and processing.
• Signage (Channel Letters & Light Boxes): Due to the complexity of 3D printing and assembly, these require approximately 15 business days for production.

Shipping times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We are proudly based in Philadelphia, PA. All our printing, 3D manufacturing, and assembly happen locally in our workshop to ensure high quality.

Yes! We specialize in customization. Whether you need a specific logo on a T-shirt, a custom 3D-printed sign for your business, or a personalized mug, we can make it happen. Please contact us for custom quotes if you don't see what you need on the website.

Because our products (T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, and signs) are custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for incorrect sizes or change of mind. We strongly recommend checking our size charts before ordering.

Quality is our top priority. If your item arrives defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a free replacement immediately.

To keep your DTF prints looking vibrant for years:

• Turn the garment inside out before washing.
• Wash with cold water on a gentle cycle.
• Tumble dry low or hang dry.
• Do not iron directly on the design.
